Lasagne
There is something so sentimental about lasagne (or lasagna), it is so comforting and more-ish. The oh-so-yummy layers of cheese sauce, pasta and meat sauce are delicious. Plus it is always better the next day (if you are lucky enough to have any leftovers). Ingredients MEAT SAUCE 500g mince 1 onion (diced) 2 cloves of garlic (diced) 1 can of tomatoes 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 2 teaspoons paprika 1 beef stock cube 1/4 cup parsley (finely chopped) Lasagne sheets CHEESE SAUCE 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 2-3 cups milk 1 + 1/2 cup cheese (grated) Method Preheat oven to 180 on bake. 1. Add olive oil to frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions and fry until soft, add garlic and fry for 1-2mins. Add mince and fry together until browned. Season with salt and pepper. 2.
